Creating your ArcSite template translates products them into something ArcSite can draw, price, and even create sales proposals with, all using a simple spreadsheet. Please note, only use this guide when prompted by the ArcSite onboarding tool or sales & customer success. The template workflow is best for organizations with over 50-70 products. Creating bundles. List the products that make up the product bundle to accurately draw, price, and create proposals in ArcSite in the bundles tab. Use separate lines for each item.
Column A: Category |
Assign the bundle a category. For example: Vinyl White. |
Column B: Bundle name |
Assign the bundle a name. For example: Vinyl White 4'. Importantly this is the name a person chooses in the field to draw with, but will not show up on any output. |
Column C: How would you draw it. |

Column D: Product Name. |
List the products required as separate line item using the name from. |
Column E: Product Quantity |
|
Column F: Required/Optional |
Select required or optional depending on your business needs. |
Products located different bundle types must have an individual line on the product tab of the spreadsheet. Please see the examples below:
A linear product located in a LINE/ARC bundle must have an individual line on the product tab of the spreadsheet. Use the NO_VISUAL or LINE/ARC values in Column H, “How would you draw it on the canvas”, in the product tab depending on your needs.
An area based product located in a AREA bundle must have an individual line on the product tab of the spreadsheet. Use the NO_VISUAL or AREA values in Column H, “How would you draw it on the canvas”, in the product tab depending on your needs.
