Changing Payment Method

Summary 

If you need to update or change your payment method, you can do so on the ArcSite User site. 

Steps:

1. Navigate to the Subscriptions page on the ArcSite cloud account 
2. Log in if requested
3. Click on the Update button in the Credit Card section 
4. Update and Save
