Unsubscribing

Summary

The process to unsubscribe differs depending on where you signed up/how you are paying. First, we will cover what to do if you are subscribed through the Apple App Store, then we will cover how to unsubscribe if you are paying through our internal payment channel. 

Unsubscribe - Apple

Apple requires that you cancel your subscription through the Apple App Store on your Apple device, or through iTunes on your computer.

If you are unsubscribing during the initial 14-day free trial, please reference our article on Canceling your Trial. If you have any questions or need help canceling your subscription and turning off auto-renewal from the App Store or iTunes, contact Apple Customer Support.

1. Navigate to the Subscription page
2. If requested, log in using the same email address and password you use to sign up in the app
3. Tap on the Unsubscribe button in the Cancel Subscription section
