Takeoff Schedules / Bill of Materials


ArcSite enables you to create a Takeoff Schedule/Material List/Bill of Materials automatically just by creating a drawing. This is especially useful for auditors, surveyors, or simply to use ArcSite as a way to understand inventory. 


Start in the office:

One person can set up Products on the ArcSite User Site ONCE.

Then from the field:

  1. All the auditors can use those same products on every audit
  2. Just two taps to upload the work to the ArcSite cloud account to share with others or export straight from the app.
  3. Anyone can then download any or all of the related items from the cloud account from any web browser.

When using the web portal, you can export any drawing as a Takeoff Report to generate a document containing all the Product info including quantity, description, price, etc.
